2015: Successfully structured and executed a comprehensive Leveraged Buyout (LBO) of the original founder and early outside investors, consolidating leadership control.

2022: Expanded downstream by engineering a deep integration with QuickBooks Online, capturing agile SaaS business sectors.

2024: Led the critical operational, cultural, and architectural integration between the Alterity teams and the global CAI Software tech platforms.

The Horizon Shift

Transitioning mature enterprise software assets and launching Sweat Investments LLC.

2025: CAI Software transitioned further into institutional scale via its acquisition by EPS, a fellow STG portfolio company, consolidating market-leading industrial software assets.
2026: Formally completed the full corporate transition. Established Sweat Investments LLC in Texas, deploying 25 years of operational excellence directly into private asset management.
